How many people can you accommodate?
Our large barn seats 350 at maximum capacity.
Can we bring in outside vendors?
Absolutely! However, we must review and approve that they meet Beneath The Oaks standards.
Is there a back-up plan in case of bad weather?
Yes, the beauty of Beneath The Oaks is the outdoor ceremony but in a case of bad weather the ceremony can be moved into our beautiful chapel!
Are tables and chairs included?
Our wedding rental packages provide seating for up to 400 people. This would be seating people inside and outside.
What about Linens?
Yes, we provide ivory linens for all tables.
Do you have overnight accommodations?
Yes we do. Two of our wedding packages provide overnight accommodations. Refer to our "amenities and lodging" tab for more information.
Is all event space climate controlled?
We have 12,000 total sq. feet of climate controlled space. This is including the hall, catering room, and cantina.
Is set up, take down, and clean up part of the package price?
We provide a one time set up and take down as part of the package. Trash removal is included if trash is bagged and placed in the designated area. Failure to do this will require extra fees.
Will any staff be on site during time of the event?
Yes, Beneath The Oaks will provide two staff members during event hours only. They will be deemed for security, clean up and technical jobs.
What is the parking situation?
There will be separate designated parking areas for guests, vendors and wedding party. Parking areas are lighted and an easy walk to all venue sites. Our parking lot can comfortably accommodate weddings as large as 400 guests.
Can the staff mentioned in the packages be used to help serve food or day of coordinating?
No, our staff’s main priority is to keep the facilities clean and running smoothly. One staff member is also in charge of parking so they are kept busy throughout your event. However, they are there to answer any questions and help where they can.
How many people can The Chapel seat?
Our chapel can seat between 250-300 guests. It is completely climate controlled. It is a beautiful spot for your ceremony but also a great back-up plan incase of rain!
What decorations do you have for us to use?
With both wedding packages we offer, you have access to our "decor closet". We have a variety of things from serving dishes, to lanterns, and sequin linens.
Do you allow non-wedding events such as Quinceaneras or Birthday parties?
We do not host quinceañeras or sweet-16 birthday parties. Our facilities are not set up to accommodate under-age parties.
